You must submit completed Permit Application Package by mailing, emailing or hand delivering to the office at above address.
Completed packages must be received no later than 48 hours prior to a scheduled ACC meeting. Meetings are held every 1st & 3rd Wednesday of each month. Incomplete packages will not be reviewed & will postpone the process.
Only one home or recreational vehicle shall be permitted on any lot at any one time.
Jackson County Floodplain Determination MUST be included with all Permit Applications. This is required by Jackson County!
No Construction or improvements allowed without a culvert in place & approval from the Architectural Controls Committee.
Non-compliance fee will be charged.
Please ensure that all required documents are included to avoid delays in review by the Architectural Controls Committee.

Only one construction application is needed when doing multiple improvements at once. You will then need to fill out a package for each project you are wanting approval for. Example: If you are wanting to put in a culvert, carport & a storage unit, you will need to complete 1 construction application along with packages for culvert, carport & storage unit. There is a checklist provided for each package. Please make sure you have all items required & checked off before submitting your application to avoid review delays.
