Maintenance/Groundskeeper

$16 to $22 Hour

Duties Include:

  • Pool Maintenance (CPO a ​plus)​
  • Trash Removal
  • Lawn Care
  • Maintenance of Community Bathhouses
  • Maintenance of Recreational Area & Other Association Owned Properties
  • General Plumbing
Must be able to operate, service & do minor repairs to:
  1. Zero Turn Mower
  2. Weed Eater
  3. Chain Saw
  4. Tractor/Shredder  
  • Must Have Valid Driver's License
  • Must Be Able to Pass a Background Check
  • Must Have Transportation to & From Work
 Full-Time; Off on Weekends; Paid Holidays & Vacation After 3 Month Probationary Period
